Blechexpo 2025: thyssenkrupp Materials Services presents comprehensive portfolio of material-related services
Materials Processing Europe - Finished materials warehouse
thyssenkrupp Materials Services will be presenting the company's wide range of products and solutions at this year's Blechexpo trade fair in Stuttgart from October 21 to 24, 2025. The focus will be on thyssenkrupp Schulte and thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe and their material-related services. These help customers to make their supply chains and material flows more intelligent, connected, and efficient, and are becoming increasingly important as part of thyssenkrupp Materials Services' “Materials as a Service” strategy.
Comprehensive service portfolio for innovative sheet metal solutions
thyssenkrupp Schulte will be showcasing its comprehensive range of steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals, as well as its precision processing, supply chain services, and digital solutions. Preparatory work such as bending, laser cutting, and foiling will be presented alongside CO2-reduced materials. When it comes to optimizing value chains, the experts at thyssenkrupp Schulte demonstrate their 360° approach, which covers various aspects of a flexible and resilient supply chain, from supply chain design and project management of individual components to deliveries for maintenance and operation. Digital solutions such as “smartconnect” and integrated PCF calculators (product carbon footprint) round off the range of services on display at the show.
Growing range of solutions for metal processing
This year, thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe‘s stand at Blechexpo centers on the extensive portfolio of processing options, along with digital and sustainable solutions and services. Visitors can discover options for custom cutting of carbon steel, including electrical steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Another focus is the expansion of the Europe-wide network of locations, which is currently undergoing an expansion of production and processing capacities at the Stuttgart site to enable particularly thin slit strip of 0.2 mm thickness. Also on display at the trade fair stand is “mpe control tower”, a digital solution that optimises the planning and flow of goods control between all participating partners and companies. The stand will demonstrate how planning and call-off data from production plants and suppliers can be intelligently connected to make supply chains more resilient and sustainable.
Focus on efficient supply chains and material flows
It comes as no surprise that services along material flows are the focus of thyssenkrupp Materials Services' Blechexpo presentation this year. Although materials and distribution continue to form the foundation of the company, the “Materials as a Service” strategy is increasingly focusing on related solutions. The goal: a future supply of materials that is flexible, resilient, and sustainable – even in times of geopolitical tensions and resource scarcity.
Visitors to Blechexpo 2025 are invited to engage in dialogue with the experts from thyssenkrupp Materials Services in Hall 10, Booth 10406, and discuss these issues.
