To implement this purpose, thyssenkrupp Materials Processing Europe has introduced a process-focused quality management system according to IATF 16949 that clearly depicts and organizes all the company’s processes according to identification cards as well as procedures and work instructions.

Regular reports using process indicators act as the basis for controlling, progressing and fine tuning the efficiency of the organization.
