Combined and jumbo coiling

Our combined and jumbo coiling represents the solution to many problems that arise from the usual production of individual rings for narrow slit strips with only a small outer diameter. Thanks to the development of a special cutting and coiling system, it is possible to produce narrow strips for you from all steel grades in our product range into large coils with an outside diameter of up to 1,520 mm.

The repeated customer requests for even longer strips led to the further development of our narrow strip centre: in addition to the advantages of combined and jumbo coiling also enables the production of slit strips with a length of up to 25 kilometres.

In this system, the large strips of the combined coiling are welded together and oscillatingly wound. They are available in thicknesses from 0.4 to 4.0 mm and widths from 11 to 60 mm. You can select coil widths between 200 and 600 mm. Inner diameters of 400 and 508 mm and outer diameters of up to 1,520 mm can be produced for the coil wound in this way. And all this with a coil weight of up to 4 tonnes.
