Grade X6CrNiTi18-10 is very well suited for cold forming, e.g. bending, flanging, deep drawing and spinning, and is easily weldable by all processes except gas welding. It can be used in all branches of the food and luxury food industry, the chemical industry, especially the nitrogen fertiliser industry, as well as in transport vehicle construction. In addition, grade X6CrNiTi18-10 is used in silencer and exhaust gas decontamination systems as well as in cryogenic technology.
